13 Prime Steak features American Regional Cuisine, with a focus on Harris Ranch Beef sourced locally from California, known for its exceptional quality, flavor, and consistency. The restaurant serves this high-quality beef in dishes made from the freshest ingredients available.

House-made recipes are the foundation of the menu, which pairs well with the signature craft cocktails served at the 16-seat steampunk-inspired bar, where bold flavors are always on tap.

The 5,000-square-foot space includes an eclectic dining room, a display kitchen, a 50-seat private dining room, and the steampunk-inspired bar, as well as an open-air patio that faces the Clovis Trail.

Private dining experiences are available, with a carefully curated menu and a distinctive atmosphere, led by Restaurateur John D. Marihart and Executive Chef Tommy Chavez, who share a passion for excellence and a focus on using only the finest ingredients.
